Ready-made routes cover ten cities of Central Russia and are already available to everyone on RUSSPASS and in the BelkaCar app. Each of the trip options is designed for two days and is designed in such a way that over the weekend you can get to the regions closest to Moscow, and at the same time see interesting places along the way. The new routes are adapted for tourists who prefer to use a private car or carsharing.
For example, not far from Moscow is the Prioksko-Terrasny reserve with bison. This attraction is one of those worth visiting in the Kaluga region. It is included in the route “Moscow – Kaluga: road trip for the weekend.” Along the way, you can also stop by the Melikhovo Museum-Estate, the State Museum of the History of Cosmonautics named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky, the estate of the Zolotarevs and other cultural and historical sites.
You can also go to Vladimir for a short trip by car. On the way, it is recommended to stop by Shuya, Kovrov and Pokrov. The RUSSPASS route will tell you what sights you need to see in them. For example, the Holy Vvedensky Island Monastery on the lake. In Vladimir, they will see the Golden Gate and the oldest pharmacy in Russia.
For a trip to Rostov the Great, you can use the third route. It will also allow you to visit Sergiev Posad, Pereslavl-Zalessky and Muranov. According to the plan, travelers will have a tour of the historical center of Rostov, as well as acquaintance with local folk crafts. In addition, during the trip it will be possible to stop by the museum-reserve “Manor” Muranovo “named after F.I. Tyutchev.
