The results of the application campaign of the international marketing competition “PRObrand – 2022” have been summed up

Eurasian Commonwealth of Tourism Industry Specialists – ESOT announces the closing of the bid campaign for the Fourth International Tourism Marketing Competition “PRObrand”. In 2022, a difficult year for the tourism industry and the global community, 319 applications from Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan were received for the competition.

In the near future, shortlists for 9 nominations will be published, and the Expert Council of the competition will begin work on project evaluation, which will last until the end of June. The awarding of the winners will take place in September 2022.

For the second year in a row, the nomination “Video Branding” becomes the undisputed leader in the number of applications. – a fifth of all applications were submitted to it. In addition, last year's trend continues – most of the participants submitted videos as additional materials to other categories. Video confidently takes the first position in the toolkit for brand promotion.

Branded Printing nomination made a dizzying rise in 2022, climbing from fourth place straight to second! Once again, the Organizing Committee notes that printed materials are not losing ground in marketing. Printed catalogues, booklets and calendars are considered by the participants as equal in effectiveness with the Internet space as a means of brand promotion.

Popular with the contestants and the nomination “Territory branding” and “Branded Souvenirs”, which shared the third place in the rating by the number of applications.

1.  Sverdlovsk region.
2-4. Moscow region, Leningrad region, Rostov region
5. Republic of Crimea

Another trend in 2022, like two years ago, was the interest in the competition from students of Russian universities – future specialists in the tourism industry. The organizing committee decided to evaluate student projects separately.

«PRObrand» It's not just about finding the best. This is an exchange of experience, new knowledge, contacts, ideas and future joint projects.
