“Taking into account the opinion of the Russian Ministry of Defense, the Russian Foreign Ministry, Rosaviatsia, agree on alternative routes air transportation through other countries; if there is such a technical possibility, to increase the quotas of Russian airlines for air transportation between Russia and resorts in Egypt; if they do not have carrying capacity, expand the quotas of foreign air carriers “, – RIA Novosti reports the PCT proposals indicated in the letter sent to the Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov.
Also proposed no later than December 26 make an operational meeting at which it is necessary to develop emergency measures to normalize tourist flows between Russia and Egypt.
