The Government of the Russian Federation has allocated an additional 6 billion rubles to the State Air Traffic Management Corporation.
The department is responsible for ensuring the safety and regularity of civil aviation flights in Russia. Funds in the amount of 6 billion rubles will be allocated to support the air traffic management system in the face of external restrictions. The order was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. This was reported by Interfax.
It will be clarified that in September 2022, the Government of the Russian Federation already allocated 15 billion rubles to support the air traffic management system. Thus, the total amount of additional financing amounted to 21 billion rubles. The funds will be used for air navigation services for at least 1 million flights.
