The Tula Kremlin hosted a presentation of the gastronomic guide “Geography to Taste. Tula". The author of the project, Nika Ganich, a journalist, TV presenter and face of the TV channel “Kitchen TV”, presented a new guide to the best gastronomic places in Tula and the Tula region. The guidebook for this region became the fourth one for Russia after the already published guides for Moscow, St. Petersburg and Tver (not counting the guides for Estonia and Latvia). Work on the guide “Geography to taste. Tula» was carried out with the support of the Committee of the Tula region for tourism. The project is recommended by Rostourism. The gastronomic guide to Tula and the Tula region includes the best and most interesting restaurant and gastronomic concepts of the region. Along with restaurants, gastrobistros and trendy bars, the guide features agro-farms and out-of-town restaurants with authentic local cuisine. The guide highlights places where excellent breakfasts are served. The guide contains a unique collection: more than 40 recipes of modern Tula cuisine from the best chefs of — guide members. All recipes are practical and available for cooking in the home kitchen. The section about each region is supplemented with detailed information about tourist routes and iconic sights, the best places for colorful photos, as well as practical hotel recommendations from professional traveler Natalia Korneichuk.
