Residents of St. Petersburg and the Northwestern Federal District of the Russian Federation can apply for MFC an application for a Schengen visa issued by Finland.

Such rules are effective from 1 July. At the St. Petersburg MFCs, tourists can apply for both the first time and to extend an expiring visa.
