Russia intends to remove border crossing restrictions from July 15, which were previously introduced to prevent the importation and spread of COVID-19.
In addition, the operational headquarters also decided to cancel the requirement for citizens of Belarus to provide the results of PCR tests upon arrival by air in Russia. However, this requirement remains for citizens of other countries. This was reported by Interfax.
The Operational Headquarters for the Prevention of the Importation and Spread of Coronavirus Infection in the Russian Federation also recalls that restrictions on the entry of foreign citizens into the country through air and sea routes have been lifted since June 14.
Also last week, Rospotrebnadzor canceled all restrictions in Russia that were introduced due to the coronavirus epidemic. Thus, the mandatory wearing of masks, the ban on holding mass events and restrictions on catering places are cancelled.
