Passengers of trains traveling between Kaliningrad and other regions of Russia will be able to get off at Kybartai and Kyana stations in Lithuania.

the passenger will need to have a train ticket, a passport with a visa, as well as documents confirming the purpose of the trip to Lithuania (for example, tickets back to Russia or to a third country, an invitation to an event, hotel reservations). This is reported by the Telegram channel @ranarod with reference to information from the State Border Service under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania.
At the same time, there is no need to additionally coordinate the arrival. Passengers can simply get off at Kybartai or Kana stations.
