Italian breakfasts appeared in the Rocky restaurant on Bolshaya Dmitrovka. Chefs Vyacheslav Zavodchikov and Ramil Misbakhov invite you to start the day with the right dishes. Eggs in Rocky are boiled with or without shells, fried fried eggs and scrambles, whipped air omelets, packed in crispy breading in the manner of scotch egg. And, of course, they add the obligatory light Italian accent: it is masterfully arranged with the help of greens, cheeses — mozzarella and stracciatella, bologna sausage mortadella and truffle. There are several options for Egg Benedict to choose from: with smoked salmon, with lightly salted salmon, with pastrami, with asparagus and bearnaise sauce. Fried eggs with mortadella, scramble with crab and green peas, scrambled eggs with tomatoes and stracciatella are served with brioche. Also in the menu – croissants, cheesecakes, pancakes, granola, fregolas with pumpkin and ricotta, a gentleman's set with pastrami, potatoes and salsa verde. Mortadella, truffle, jam, honey, condensed milk and berries can be added to any dish. The breakfast menu is open every day from 10:00 am, on weekdays — until 13:00, on weekends — until 2:00 pm.
