From June 22, free travel on Aeroexpress trains became available for children under the age of 7.
“The age of the child is determined on the day of the trip . If the young passenger turns 7 years old on the day the train departs, then the journey for him will be free. For travel by children who are already 7 years old, it is necessary to purchase a ticket at the company's standard fares”, the press service of the Aeroexpress company said.
The ticket was valid only for children under 5 years old. For children aged 5 to 7 years, it was necessary to purchase a ticket at the “Children's” fare for 150 rubles.
“For trips with the whole family, the company has a Family Round-Trip fare” costing from 1400 up to 2000 rubles depending on the number of passengers. Changes have also been made to the fare rules from June 22. It still includes 2 trips for a group of passengers of no more than 2 adults and no more than 3 children, whose ages now range from 7 to 14 years old. A ticket at this fare is valid for 30 days from the date chosen at the time of purchase”, Aeroexpress representatives added.
