Tour operators can apply to Rostourism to work under a visa-free agreement with Iran.

If a tour operator wants to start accepting Iranian tourists in Russia and sending Russian tourists to Iran, it needs to send to its regional tourism authorities by October 15, 2022:
- name organizations (in Russian and English);
- registry number;
- contact phone number and e-mail e-mail;
- a sample seal.
The head of Rostourism clarifies that in order to apply, tour operators must be included in the unified federal register of tour operators and carry out activities in the field of international inbound and outbound tourism .
