On October 28, Novotel Center Hotel in Moscow hosted a presentation of innovative developments in the field of tourism, nominated for the Best Travel IT Solutions Award. As usual, this award precedes the main event of the fall – Travel Winter IT Workshop, an exhibition of modern technologies in tourism, which will be held this year November 9 at Palmira Business Club.
As part of the Award, the participants presented their new projects and IT solutions aimed at various segments of the tourism business – from transport service automation to the digitalization of regions and various tools for agents, operators and hoteliers. All developments will also be presented to the visitors of the exhibition.
Director of the Hotelbook customer service department Marina Eremeeva spoke about the new features of the Hbpro.expert Booking System in terms of ensuring the security and speed of online services.
Vladimir Dolgov, Director of Business Processes at Academservice, presented new features of the b2b.acase.ru system, which provides efficient booking of hotel services for business travelers.
HeadCenter for Regional Development of MTS Venera Rovenskaya presented a comprehensive solution of the MTS ecosystem for the development of tourism in Russia, and Bronevik CEO Dmitry Aliferka spoke about the implemented project to introduce booking modules for the digitalization of the hotel industry.
Mikhail Kalchenko, Product Development Director of RZD-Digital Transport Solutions, spoke about the “Digital transport b2b2c platform for issuing tickets for all types of transport.”
CEO Bnovo Valentin Miklyaev spoke about a set of tools within the existing ecosystem that allow finding and effectively using various points of growth in hotel profitability.
The capabilities of the My Agent platform for differentiating partners' business were shared by Victoria Kizimova, General Manager Director of the company.
Transfer operator Busfer represented by key account manager Irina Gorshkova presented a system for booking transfers around the world.
CEO of BiletariumAlena Kalacheva spoke about the digitalization of museum objects in Russia using the example of service development.

Ilya Umansky, Head of the Russian Union of the Travel Industry, believes that now the industry is in dire need of innovation: “I want to note the solutions related to multimodal transportation, because this is what, in the realities of our country with a large geography and a complex transport system, first of all requires development, as well as projects related to the popularization of regional tourism products.
Dmitry Markin, General Director of Corteosnoted that solutions that could replace outgoing foreign products are important for the business travel industry, allowing the largest business to automate many reporting and management tasks. In his opinion, now Russia is a closed macro-region, the main problem of which is the efficiency of people's work. He noted that the use of big data is of particular interest.
